Larvikite is an igneous rock that contains feldspar crystals that shine a bright light blue hen the light hits it. It's association with the New Moon makes it a great stone to work with at the darkest time of the year. It is often used as a grounding stone during meditation while connecting you to the earth and the astral plane. Crystal skulls help us tune into our ancestors, process shadow work, and meditate on our own mortality.
