Larvikite is an igneous rock that contains feldspar crystals that shine a bright light blue hen the light hits it. It's association with the New Moon makes it a great stone to work with at the darkest time of the year. It is often used as a grounding stone during meditation while connecting you to the earth and the astral plane. Spheres make beautiful decorative objects for your house or altar but are also excellent tools to use in meditation.
